Acme Fresh Market Community Rooms offer a place for people to come together to share ideas, celebrate milestones or to work towards a common goal. Our Community Rooms are available for nonprofit groups, social events, or business meetings not involving sales. There are six Community Rooms: Akron, Green, Montrose, North Canton, Portage Lakes, and Stow. Each is furnished with tables and chairs.
It is easy to schedule an event in our Community Room. A telephone call to Acme Fresh Market Catering will permit you to schedule your time. It is necessary to know the name of your group, date, start and end time, number of anticipated guests, and a contact person with a phone number.
There is no charge to use the community rooms; however, all food, beverages, and paper products need to be purchased through Acme Fresh Market Catering. It is not necessary to purchase food and/or beverages if your meeting does not require refreshments. An Event Planner will assist those with events needing food and/or beverages by emailing an assortment of menus and providing a proposal to illustrate time and location of delivery, food selections, and costs associated with an event. Confirmation of proposal and payment are required to the Event Planner three days prior to event.
Please note all Community Rooms must be returned to the same condition that they were found at the beginning of the event. Use of glitter, sparkles, confetti, or similar material is not allowed. No items may be hung from the ceiling or affixed to the walls. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on the property. Store management will periodically monitor the usage of Community Rooms.
