Do you offer plated meals in addition to buffets?

Can I schedule a tasting of the food you'll prepare?

Yes. We'll be glad to schedule a time to meet and provide food for tasting.

Can you provide wait staff?

Can you provide alcohol, music, entertainment, decorations, tables and more?

Yes. Acme Fresh Market Catering is a full service caterer. Please contact us to discuss your needs. We offer event planning for almost any kind of event.

Can you provide cakes, desserts our wedding cake?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your options for your cake and any desserts needed for your event.

Can you provide Hors D'Oeuvres in addition to dinner?

We offer an extensive menu of both hot and cold hors d'oeuvres to compliment your wedding banquet. Please inquire with a consultant for the endless possibilities. Prices are per guest.

Can you provide sushi as an appetizer?

Absolutely. Trays of 48-280 pieces are available. Please inquire for more information.

Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes, they currently start at $24.95* per person. wedding packages include fine china and stainless flatware, white or ivory linen, and complimentary cake cutting service. Buffets include a plated, served fresh garden salad with choice of two dressings, assorted dinner rolls, butter and a Beverage Station complete with freshly brewed coffee, hot tea assortment and iced tea. * Please contact us to verify current rates.

What is the cost per person for the various options (sit down, buffet, cocktail party, informal, etc)?

Prices vary so please contact us with your specific requests. Packages can start as low as $24.95/per person.

Is there a charge for children?

Children ages 1-5 are Free. Children ages 6-10 are half price at adult functions.

If I have guests with special dietary needs (vegetarians, diabetics, etc.), can you accommodate?

Yes. We can provide many options for your guest's enjoyment. Some examples include Fire Roasted Vegetable Stuffed Portobello, Roasted Corn and Black Bean Enchilladas and Ratatouille STuff Peppers. Please contact us for more specific requests.

General Terms and Conditions:

Food and Beverage: All food and beverage charges are subject to 18% service charge and any applicable State of Ohio sales tax. Menu pricing is subject to change without notice, however all contracted pricing will be honored.

Guarantees: In arranging functions, guest attendance must be specified and communicated to Acme Fresh Market Catering at least 72 hours prior to the function. This will be considered the final guarantee for billing purposes, and is not subject to reduction. We will make every effort to accomodate additions up to 2 days prior to the event though substitutions may become necessary.

Additional Costs: Uniformed Wait Staff required for your event will depend on the number of guests, your menu and any special circumstances. Staff hours are billed from our location, to your event, and back to our location. Gratuities are left to your discretion. Bartenders and Carving Chefs are also available for an additional fee.

Billing: Estimates and pricing will only be valid for 90 days from the date of the proposal. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your date on our calendar. That deposit will be applied towards the final bill. A deposit of 50% of the estimated event cost is required at the signing of your contract. Full payment is due three business days prior to the event which coincides with the time your final count is due. All deposits are non-refundable.

Decor: All Wedding Packages come complete with appropriate linen, china, flatware and skirting for tables requiring those items. Our staff is available to assist you with planning the details and in arranging all your rental needs. We can also coordinate services such as much, entertainment, decorations, floral arrangements, photography and related items.
